This unit is HUGE!!! Possible the bigest filter I've seen! Some what easy to install around 30 mins! You can really hear the turbo spool and your blow off sound off! I wish it was located closer to the side scoop though. When removing to clean have to remove engine lid side cover and MAF sensor! I did notice a slight improvement when its cooler/cold. I would recomend this befor any other mods to your stock MR-2 trubo. Great product for a good price.

K&N filter has strong build quality. Unit is cleanable and recharged with oil supplied with K&N recharger kit. When I removed the air filter, after removing map sensor and sliding part past, I noticed that this filter DOES allow fine dirt to enter your engine. i bought this same kit from another company. I contacted K&N and they sent me another filter free. But it does not solve the problem. I found out that K&N does now sell a "SOCK" that goes over this filter. I have bought the End Links, shifter bushings, stainless clutch line and valve cover bolts and all of Twos R Us parts are of great quality, just compare the end links against the stock ones!!! I hope this review comments on K&N's filter effwectiveness and doesn't place any blame on twos r us.
