The front upper suspension mount is one of the most overlooked wear items under the car. If your car has over 100K miles on it, you may want to add these to your strut or spring order!

Note: These are patterned after the 94+ mount, which has the strut shaft hole centered on the mount. They will work on 91-93 cars (that came with an offset hole), but they should be replaced in pairs if you are changing from one style to the other.

My 91 MR2 turbo had a similar clanking noise in the front end. Even though it only has 64k miles upon a breakdown of the strut assembly my supports had exposed ball bearings with the stock support bearing rusted away. This item curred the lack of smooth rotation eliminating the popping.

This product is event better than the original, because of the bearing-protection. Otherwise it looks and feels and works like an original part, for a fraction of the cost!
