Square bushing replacement

Very easy to install on an MK1. Just remove the battery look down and its there! (US version at least)

I found it a little bit of a pain to install, but not terrible. I did come at it from under the car on a lift. It seemed to make a difference, but I also installed the Solid Brass Shift Cable Bushings at the same time. With both done, there is a difference for sure. My original square was grooved from wear. I'd say change it along with the brass bushings for best results.

This is a must-have item for M/T cars. The result is very positive feel for gear selection along with removal of inappropriate slop. I would not hesitate to recommend this part to my friends.
