Use your stock Gen2 3SGTE coolant neck on any Gen3 3SGTE, 3SGE; Gen4, 4.5 or 5 3SGTE cylinder head. Includes a machined passage to ensure that flow between head passages is still happening.

Comes with two studs and nuts, one mounting stud in the head is re-used.
