One of the best intakes available for Gen2 MR2 Turbo owners that are still on the stock ECU and are running the stock Air Flow Meter (AFM). While other intakes such as Apexi, K&N, HKS, etc simply slap a filter on the end of the AFM and still keep the restrictive factory intake piping, the TCS intake completely replaces the factory intake piping with mandrel bent high flow 3" intake pipe. This opens up flow to the turbo for maximum horsepower gains.

If you are not capping the ports on your intake pipe, we recommend purchasing the Vibrant 1/2" silicone hose for the PCV and IAC ports and the Vibrant 1" silicone hose for the BOV/ABV port.

For my 94 MR2 Turbo, I recently bought the 3" TCS intake kit. During the install, I quickly found out that the factory hoses do not connect to the ports provided, they are in a different position. Beyond that, they are completely different sizes as well. The factory hoses appear to be 1/2" for the air lines, and 1 1/8" for the BOV re-circulation, and the TCS connections are 3/4" for the air lines and 1" for the BOV. So now, new hoses AND adapters (if they even exist) are needed. Beyond all of this, the factory AFM needs to be shoved into the silicone adapter provided and once you do that, the clamp provided doesnt fit onto the enlarged silicone adapter... Overall, for a $163+shipping kit, disappointed is an accurate adjective. Again, I realize not your product, you are just the merchant, but a proper disclosure of these facts would have helped me make a more educated decision!
