Has the knob in your T-top sun shade broken apart from the latch? Tired of the sun beaming down on your interior when you least want it to? Well that has come to an end! AraParts T-top shade knobs and latches are your solution. These are for 1990 and newer Toyota MR2 T-top models, are injection molded from a CNC machined mold and are made of PBT plastic, which is a MUCH better grade of plastic than the commonly used ABS.

Aside from black, the rest of the colors are very close to the original colors, but not exactly the same. They are a little bit lighter. Although not very noticeable, if you want both sides to be the same, it is recommended to replace both sides at the same time.

Sold as a set of one knob/latch - enough to replace the pieces on one sunshade.

My factory knobs broke and Toyota parts couldn't find it in their program so I ordered these knowing they would be slightly off color. Makes no big deal to me since I hardly use my tops. They fit perfectly and I couldn't ask for much more.

This replacement knobs are very well engineered. They snapped on with ease, and side by side, look a whole lot cleaner than my OEM knobs. Definitely work spending the coin on these. I did the swap in conjunction with the T-top alignment inserts.

Per the product information the color of the knob was quite a bit different than the original. Luckily I only need the black back piece to fix my sunshade. The back piece mates with the original knob just fine.
