The MR2 sealed beam headlamps leave a lot to be desired when you're driving in pitch black night. These Hella 2 piece units include a purpose built housing and separate halogen hi/low bulb. These are E-Code lamps and have a distinct cut-off that prevents blinding oncoming drivers while directing more light down the road where you want it. They are NOT DOT approved, but can accommodate higher wattage bulbs available at most auto retailers if you MUST have even more lumens (we recommend upgrading your wiring and installing relays if you go with more powerful bulbs).

WOW! The difference from stock is night and day for sure. Leagues brighter than stock but not obnoxious so it doesn't bother oncoming cars. So much better. The color is about the same as the stock lights (warm white). Spent more time trying to get the rusted screws off than I did replacing the lights. Worth every penny.
