Solid Roller Clevis Kit

$62.00

Product may vary slightly from image representation.
Chico Raceworks solid roller clutch pedal clevis kit. This item replaces the original damped clevis that threads onto the clutch master cylinder rod.

--> billet aluminim constriuction
--> roller bearings so no more wear!
--> solid so no more clevis dampener wearing, bending or breaking
--> totally eliminates the clutch pedal squeak from worn components
--> slightly longer for that extra bit of adjustment
--> threaded all the way through for maximum adjustment possibilities
--> fits MK1 and MK2 (not sure about MK3)
--> MADE IN THE USA!!!

Modification of the clutch pedal is required to fit the clutch pedal roller bearing. drill bit size to use is either 31/64" or 15/32" either will work but the 31/64" is a little more precise

What our customers say...

Really nice piece, has roller bearing in the middle and bearings on the outside. Putting it in right now :)

Buyer beware with this item. I have an 89SC so this review only applies to the MKIb. The product description says that it's longer than stock, which is desirable. However the unit I received was shorter than stock and didn't work at all. When I contacted David about this issue, he measured the length of the other units in stock and said they were all the same and refereed me CRW (Josh I think) to have a "custom" one made. After many emails and phone calls, Josh told me he had started making them shorter because someone else had complained that it was too long, honest, that's what he said. The stock clevis is 2.3 inches, to compensate for the wear in the clutch pedal and to add some extra adjustablity, the replacement clevis needs to be about 2.5 inches minimum to work right. So measure before you start your installation, or better yet, ask David to measure before he sends it to you. BTW, most of the noise in the clutch pedal is from the return spring. There are 3 little plastic bushings that need to be replaced and Toyota still has them.
