What you get: 10 18-8 Stainless Steel replacement bolts 10 replacement sealing washers - Neoprene bonded to Stainless Steel Proper Allen Wrench for installation of these bolts
We now offer these as standard hex head bolts - no need for an allen wrench, use a 10mm socket on your torque wrench to tighten them. Same 18-8 Stainless material and bonded sealing washers, same great fitment, lower price.
Great addition to any 3SGTE! Not only do they look awesome, they are actually easier to torque. Getting the proper torque is esential at keeping the oil in the engine. An over tightened valve cover can stress the gaskets so they don't seal anymore.
Get rid of your old philips screw valve cover screws! These should have come with the engine from the factory! Holds the V/C on tight, would recomend replacement of V/C while you have the screws out! Buy these things!!!! Great price!
The factory phillips head bolts are inadequate for use in the MR2 turbo the way the throttle body covers the screws. How are you supposed to screw them out with a phillips screwdriver? Toyota should have used these in the beginning. They stopped all of my valve cover oil leaks.
The valve cover bolts stopped my oil leaks and i painted the valve cover and the bolts look great with it painted it all went together great anything else i get for my 2 will come from here excellent service and parts... thank you guys so much
A must buy. Look 10 times better than my stock worn out rusted philips bolts and haven't shaken loose yet even with my anti-torque bar and polyurethane motor mounts. Very easy to install (may have to remove your throttle body inlet). At this price you don't even have to think about it, just buy. Cool Rules Cartoon 2000GT Widebody MR2
Great addition to my 3SGTE! They work great and look great. Nice improvement over the OEM phillip head screws.
There isn't a kit that seals your valve cover like this one. Allen wrench torques-down bolts are way better than the crappy factory phillps head bolts.
makes removing the valve cover much easier compared to the oem philips screws
2 thumbs up! These are a great investment when you plan to change your valve cover gasket.
If you have a 91/92 3SGTE STOP the bleeding oil leaks and improve the look of your engine!
